Whats Your Weather Like April 2023

We are starting today at 18c heading for 30c+. The Iberian Peninsula is running 10 degrees above normal and both countries are under severe fire warnings. We have only had two small ones here, near Faro and Tavira (Eastern Algarve)but there have been several in Central Portugal. Thankfully all under control.

Reading the BBC website, parts of Devon are under a hosepipe ban, perhaps the County of Kent can lend them some

 

The river medway was above the banks in the town when I just drove through and out in the country one road was flooded due to run off from the fields.

 

13c sunny lovly spring day, even mowed the lawn and got the nice smell of grass

 

It is 30c now so we have come in for dinner, hamburgers. It is 24c in lounge, west facing, so feels nice and fresh with windw open.

They are forecasting a temperature rise after tomorrow, nothing drastic just like nearer average as far as I can tell.
They said it will be showery with possible thunder, but between the showers there will be fine settled weather.
I assume that means when it's not raining it will be dry.
But when its showers it will be wet.
