Although the snow is still here there's been a slow thaw today and hopefully that will continue tomorrow. Bright and sunny with the temperature up a little bit at 4C/39F.

 

Today was very cold but sunny. I went out to open the car windows a little bit (it is still a bit damp after the valeting) and three of the windows were frozen shut. They thawed out by mid-afternoon.

Our longer range forecast seems to be improving, we now have a couple of dry days on the horizon.

 

Winter is creeping in here ... we are 8.6c now our low having been 8.1c going to 17c. However, the sun is out and it is calm. Will have to think about getting socks out soon.
