Whats Your Weather Like April 2023

Mild misty and drizzly ... that suits me

 

It's still cold here and foggy with light winds from the west south west temp 5c feels like 3c

 

Left home at 8:30 this morning in thick fog and I've just got home and it now just very misty and murky.

 

A gorgeous day. The sun is out, it is mild and even the wind has dropped to no more than a stiff breeze.

 

The only good thing is that everywhere has finally thawed. Unfortunately I'm out again soon for the afternoon otherwise I'd be out in our garden.

 

It is 30f -1c and we are patiently waiting for the predicted 8" 20 cm of snow forecast to fall today.

 

I dont know about things getting milder, its colder today and it even gets into your bones on days like this, the temperature has hardly risen since last night and at just over 2c it feels bad out there, not a glimmer of brightness either.

 

It's the dampness that makes it feel colder. Had a bit of rain at 1pm and the fog has gone, with a gentle breeze from the west north west temp 6c feels like 4c.
The ground is still frozen.

 

Its not damp here, just cold and miserable.
They have forecast temperatures higher all week than they actually have been, its a continuing case of "it will be milder tomorrow".
And as we all know, tomorrow never comes.

 

Sunny, breezy and 12c.

 

Its raining now, I hope it raises the temperature.

 

Yes raining here too. Tomorrow is looking very promising .

 

Blast!!! Our low tonight has dropped to -1, I thought we were done with the minuses for a while.
