What's all this ' milder' talk about? Our 'feel like' is already down to 0C.!!

 

Sunshine first thing but the clouds soon moved in, so another dark, dismal day with a little drizzle. 9C/48F

 

It is at freezing 32f 0c and still snowing. I was astonished this morning because the guessers said the white stuff would start at 9 a.m. and it started at 9:19 a.m. They must have gotten a new crystal ball. I've only shoveled about 4 inches up to now and the guessers say that is the halfway mark.

Still at 2C ( feels like -2C) here as well despite dipping back into the -C's last night we are frost free at long last, not sure what the state of our lane is like though as it was still thick ice in places yesterday.
The horses are happily able to see and munch away at the grass in the fields now.
