Whats Your Weather Like April 2023

Sun trying to break up some cloud, 8c going to 15c with showers forecast later.

 

-4c foggy but sun coming trough

 

It's too cold for me. I wish we could store the sunshine and have it in the spring and summer instead.

 

All blue skies and sunshine ... but cool for us at 10c.

 

Just been out to collect our post, blue skies and sunshine here too but frosty and cold.. and the sun has yet to hit our garden .

So I know where I'll be staying for at least another hour!!

 

Brrr Upsy, but looks like the sun is on the greenhouse. Is the room you are in to the left or right of the door?

 

Neither, it's round the corner overlooking the east patio.

On the right is our large lounge( offset beautiful ..if I may say so myself .. with our old fridge as a statement feature by its patio doors!!!). To the left is our kitchen. Our little snug lounge ( in the pic, which hubs and I always use when it's just us) is the otherside of the kitchen and looks out to our lane and the fields.

Yes the greenhouse is warming up nicely now...ready for me to sow some seeds after lunch.

 

I don't know why people think rain is miserable, that looks more miserable than rain to me (I mean the weather, not the house and garden ! )

 

Awww no... Michael I think actually seeing it 'in the flesh' is rather pretty with everything glistening with frost.My pic doesn't do it justice.
The miserable bit is it's just bloomin freezing out there still!!!!

 

Sorry @Upsydaisy but I think we'll agree to differ on that, I'd rather see mild raindrops glistening on the twigs

Had a bad frost but now it's sunny with light winds from the south west temp 5c feels like 4c
For me it's cold but the sun makes up for it.

 

Lovely afternoon unbroken sunshine but we're in for another nippy night. The hard frost has obviously gone now but will undoubtedly return for tomorrow morning.
