    First frost for well over a month last night, three more frosty nights forecast but dry and sunny. Will put my broad bean plants in this weekend I think, under fleece

                    We had light showers this morning but most of the day it was cloudy. Around 4pm the clouds disappeared & we had an hour or two with clear skies & very brilliant sunshine. Then they returned for a few hours only to go away when I last looked out at about 8pm. We are forecast a cold night with temps down to just 1C! Tomorrow will also be a cold day with max of about8C & a lot of cloudiness!
