What's your weather like APRIL 2024

Still raining the roads have been hit bad in the NE&Northumberland.

 

It was down to 4 degrees when I left for work this morning and up to 13 on way home. There’s a dry spell this evening so the washing has gone out!

Sunshine at 7, rain from 11 o'clock, 11C over the day, 13C at midnight.




I do hope that the responsible people who believe that a tunnel would stop people from looking at Stonehenge while driving on the A303 take this wet winter as chance to think twice if they want to set their money on water, because that groundwater flooding has been more or less now for months.

 

Not quite as spectacular here @shiney , but bright and dry. The calm before the storm again.
4 degrees just now, but to be wet and wild later this morning. Not checked the rainfall gauge yet.
It cleared up yesterday afternoon here, so it turned out quite nice. The high got to 11 degrees, and it was only breezy, so very pleasant.

 

Sun's up, wind's down! What's not to like? The temp could do with a bit of a boost, but in the context of 2024 so far, this is bliss!

Good morning all ,a overnight frost ,but at least it’s dry for the moment ,a high of 12c forecasted.

 

Sunny, 12c with a light breeze, going to 24c so going to be a warm one here.

 

We had a lovely day yesterday, sunny,warm and dry! Yeah! But very windy.
Dog and I had another beach walk, not such a good idea. My dog has little stumpy legs and struggled with dry sand blowing in his eyes poor chap. It must have been a neap or Spring tide, the sea was so far out I could barely see it.
It is raining again this morning, dull and overcast.
