Little win here…
Just home from MIL and I took a cuppa outside to see it just start to rain, so washing taken in with no ill effects



It’s been mild with sunny spells all day - an ok temp for gardening.

 

It reached 17c here today which is cooler than yesterday, but felt reasonable for the time of year as there was no wind.

 

Just had 3 days of 29C and blistering sun, so it's a good job the soil's still damp. Set to cool down tomorrow....19C / 10C and 13C / 3C on Tuesday.

 

We can't complain, dry all day....

Windy outside and it feels cooler.
8C currently, maximum 10C, and rain is expected between 8 and 10.
Gusty wind of 42mph expected to last until 4 in the afternoon.

 

Oh no! Gales ... and just as the blossom has reached peak gorgeousness!

 

Squally showers of hail/sleet already here, and a bit of everything to come today, with more strong winds. O'night low was 2 degrees, which it is just now [7.25am] and predicted high is around 7 degrees, but will be affected by the wind of course. not checked the rain gauge yet, but it was wet o'night as well as windy.

Yesterday was decent, although windy again, until mid/late afternoon when the rain came back in.
It got to 11 for a little while.

 

Well cooler today about 11°C also windy and rain forecast for this morning.

 

Rain started at 5:30 AM. Really unpleasant cold and stormy outside. Grabbed the hot water bottle to have it warmer.
