Sunny with a light breeze, 24c.

 

It also told me a spell of rain an hour back, but it never arrived - just the kind of rain I like. It's lovely out there - spring Ahhh

 

Well it’s “turned out nice” today. I have sun screen on my nose and arms in fact (so am also lightly dusted with compost)!

 

Hazy sun. 30c with a hint of a breeze.

 

Yikes they are reporting a risk of frost!

 

Today it's been sunny intervals but a cold wind.
Now it's partly cloudy with a gentle breeze from the north west temp 7c feels like 5c.

 

I’ve put some trays of seed in the garage tonight.
I’ve also put my Winter fleece back on, after washing it today thinking it may be retired for the season.

 

You just cant win this time of year, you either get gloom and rain or some sun and overnight frost.
Seeing as the mild weather recently has got everything to shoot and break buds I know which one I would prefer for the next few weeks, just cross fingers an hope, a sub zero would be a disaster.

 

Think that below zero is tomorrow night here...

 

There's snow back on the high ground here. Today has been breezy with sunshine and rain showers. 7C/45F

 

After two very blustery days, wind settled down yesterday evening, and it's feeling less cold.



Looks like we are in the middle of two Highs on the left from us and a few Lows on the right, coming from the East, pressing into Central Europe. The Highs eventually turn towards Iceland so the models, and give way to the Lows from the SW next week. That would bring a bit of rain every couple of days, which would be ideal for gardeners and farmers.

This is the temperature penguins have been waiting for.

A nice calm start, and o'night low of 2 degrees, with a light touch of frost which has now gone. Predicted high today is around 9 degrees, and breezy. Rain coming in later afternoon or so.
Yesterday's high was 13, with a good breeze - great for the washing! It was a lovely day.

Yes- all the cameras are showing new snow on the hills on this side @Sheal. Been very hit and miss but fairly typical for the time of year.

 

I woke in the night and saw the sparkle of frost on the roofs … then it rained and the frost was gone … now it’s 4C with wall to wall blue skies and sunshine … but the app says there’ll be a spell of rain in 45 mins and then a wet afternoon … a projected high of 10C isn’t going to encourage much to grow.

At least it’s not windy
