What's your Weather Like August 2023/Closed

Sunny periods, but a veil of high cloud seems to be moving over now, it 23c, so not bad really.

 

It's cloudy and warm here, that suits me. Blue sky and sunshine would be nice, but as long as it isn't cold I'm happy.

 

Still sunny and warm, it's been a super day out in the garden.

 

We stopped st 32,8c and are now 31.4c, not moving much but there is a good gusty breeze ... NOT good for the fire at all!!!. Just had a helicopter with bucket very low over us heading toward Faro, East of us, the fire is West.

 

Forecast is for another write off tomorrow with only 18c then the two day "heatwave" followed by more "unsettled weather" technical term for autumn.
Roll on winter, at least we expect it then.

Another day that begins cool with just 10C at 6am today! The day is expected to be quite a cool one as well with only 17C max forecast at 11am!

We are forecast rain during the day but it will be light for the most part. Just showers rather than prolonged rain lasting most of the day like we had on Saturday.

Thursday however is forecast to be HOT - at least by the standard we have seen this summer! We will be "roasting" at 25C!
