Just come in for dinner ... cold chicken breast, salad and coleslaw ... been out for an hour on the misting patio*, now 29c.

    * Like you may have seen in Paris for the Olympics.

I don't know how @Victoria does it with all her pots, but even after solid rain and drizzle yesterday, my pot plants were wilting when I went out at 6:30 pm. Anyone would think the pots had a hole in the bottom  Today was ideal: 23C with sunshine and clouds, and a slight breeze.

Forecast is 25 today and humid. It didn't feel humid when I went out half an hour ago.

They forecast 33C on Monday but much hotter in Europe. :rolleyespink:

Damp, windy start here, but brightening up, with some nice sun coming through. O'night low was 12 degrees [14 just now at approx. 7.40 am] with a predicted high of about 18, with those strong gusty winds easing later in the day.

Yesterday was a mix of light rain on and off all morning [not showers that the forecasts like to predict!] and drier in the aftn, but with some showers. Unfortunately, I left the washing, which would have been dry, and we had a lovely, full on heavy shower for about 20 mins, so it was well wetted again, and the winds weren't enough to dry it off. D'oh! The high was about 17 degrees, but those very strong gusty winds went on overnight too, with more rain, judging by the amount in the gauge this morning.

Cloudy and cool here with “drizzle and a light breeze” forecast until about mid afternoon when it supposed to brighten up.

Hazy sun, quite still, 22c going to ... hot!

Morning Chris. One thing I don't have any annual anywhere. Well, I guess Brugmansias and Hibiscus are annuals in the UK. I created this garden with lots of shade. In this current heat T'other Half does have to water almost daily. I have a Confederate Rose (H mutabilis) that sulks if not watered daily. I so dislike July and August here.
