What's your weather like August 2024

Perhaps I'd better get that washing in!

 

Had a thunderstorm, mostly thunder and a bit of lightning and light rain.
Now it's very muggy with sunny intervals and a gentle breeze from the south south west temp 27c feels like 33c.

 

Midday 30c.
Not a cloud in the sky.

 

Met office said dry overnight. It rained. Met office said rain today. It’s dry. I give up.

How’s this for dealing with things in the right order? Get your priorities right.

The radar shows rain above us. The sun is shining and no signs of rain.

 

A light breeze and 31,6c.

 

24c sunny with a nice breeze

 

It reached 33c but some thin cloud has come along now and turned the sun hazy so I'm guess that will be our top temperature today here.

 

We've had reasonably good cloud cover for most of the afternoon after what turned out to be a miserly few spits of rain around midday-ish, so it's been less hot and more pleasant outside than I expected. the sun's just starting to come through now so the temperature might rise.

 

Surely that's not right, last I saw was they were saying a hot and humid night 15c
I think the heat has gone to their heads.

 

We're at 34c so I hope we start going down now.
