What's your weather like August 2024

It has been well over 36c since 1.30pm to 36.8c, now 35.5c so on its way down The Extreme High Temp Warning has been extended through Monday now.

 

I don’t think I know, or want to know, what 36 degrees feels like!

It’s about 20 here so we could split the difference and both have 28??

 

At last, 33.3c with no breeze ... so still too uncomfortable to sit outside.

 

All day it's been cloudy with a bit of sun and a gentle breeze, temp now is 17c feels like 18c

 

It's pitch black here, who turned the lights out? Autumnal covers it, expecting frosts soon, single figure temps in the greenhouse at night now.

 

Today was exactly the same as yesterday.

Good morning weather team.
It was sunny with some periods of clouds yesterday in Bradford-on-Avon. Temperature was nice with 21c.
It's currently 12c and it will go up to around 22c and again a mix of sun and clouds.

I don't put much trust into the rain forecast for tomorrow night and Tuesday. Windy.com knows it won't be more than 4mm, the BBC says a chance of 49% - translated into plain English: forget it, it will eventually drizzle for a short moment.

15c cloudy but bright

 

Damp, cloudy, windy start, but supposed to clear and be sunny. I won't hold my breath because that was meant to be the case yesterday too! O'night low was 12 degrees [13 just now at approx. 8.05 am] with a predicted high of about 16, but with those increasing gusty winds again.

Yesterday was cloudy all day, after the rain stopped, apart from a couple of brief glimpses of sun and some smirr and light rain later on in the aftn. and eve. The high was 17, but the wind will have pushed that back a bit.
Later in the week will be interesting though, as we're getting the a**e end of the hurricane across the pond...

 

Sunny, breezy and 25x. The breeze is nice and fresh. Today is forecast to be high 30s and breezy and a warning of possible danger of dehydration and heatstroke so in we'll be watching movies in the cool!

 

14 degrees and partly sunny says the computer, I'd go along with that, we might get a shower, but the grass needs cutting again.
