Just got to 27c coming up to noon. We sat out earlier in a lovely breeze watching the planes come in, all from the UK (including one Aer Lingus from Dublin).

Very breezy. Warm, but not hot. Ideal for gardening - at least, the destructive type. Tree felling, lawn mowing.
The local farmer is muck spreading today, and the wind is blowing off the fields, directly to us. :rolleyespink:

Been a better day than expected once the early drizzle cleared.
Mostly bright or sunny and up to 24c.

Tomorrow is looking awful at the moment.

Been a lovely, dry, sunny day today. Breezy too but that suits me!

The wind dropped and the sun got hot and it is quite warm outside. Tomorrow we have a warning of possible floods :th scifD36:. We'll just have to wait and see. I'll keep the sprinkler connected to the hose just in case.

Today, 20C with a 'wind chill' of 18. The forecast 30mph gusts this afternoon didn't materialise and we had a day of cloud/sunshine - quite pleasant. Tonight/tomorrow is forecast rain with tomorrow's wind chill of 14. Autumn is winning the arm wresting contest at the moment.

Weather been shocking the last two morning torrential rain / gales , it brightens up in the afternoon. They're branches / leaves and a few trees down from what next door mentioned. I waddled outside early this morning after the wind had woken me up to see the GH door open :yikes:.

Reading above, I'll stop whingeing about the lack of rain here. 31C / 17C , warming up tomorrow then thunderstorms will cool things down a bit. Only a 40% chance of rain, though.

It wasn’t too bad after the blustery start but rain tonight and drizzly tomorrow. Seems like a classic BH weekend then.

The warning line runs through the field behind us :rolleyespink:.

Our friends the other side of the field have moved a lot of stuff in their garden to a more sheltered position.

Our forecast just says there is a high possibility of flooding on the roads. Our garden has been so dry that I reckon the cracks in the soil will carry it all away :heehee: The farmer is out harrowing the field at the moment and is likely to continue until the rain hits - which is scheduled for 4 a.m.
