Whats Your Weather Like December 2024

Good morning Logan and all from the weather team.
It's wet outside, but it doesn't rain.
4c currently, and cloudy. We may expect the one or other rain shower in the morning, but if we are lucky, we may get sunshine now and then in between. 6c later on.
Tomorrow 10c, Monday 11c and Wednesday even 13c.

 

Cuppa tea in hand and I’m looking forward to finishing brushing up the leaves on the paths and steps after the Storm last week when we were away . Keeps me fit so don’t mind. Took stock in the Greenhouse yesterday all looks fine space for the last two pots if Agapanthus in. Another bonus it’s a dry day , just what we gardeners like.

 

Well it's only just getting light, but it look damp and cloudy, nothing new there.
They are promising some sunshine PM. trouble is pm is about 2 hours this time of year, so might get to see the sunset.

 

Looks a bit mizzly out there, should get to about 7c later on.

 

5c damp and drizzling and very quiet out there not including farmer feeding his bullocks early

 

Morning. It’s looks like it may be a fairly clear and bright day. Bit chilly overnight and there's a frosty look to the grass this morning.

 

Light enough now to see there's no frost, but the o'night low was zero, so there may have been a little frost, or ice as it was wet overnight too. Current temp is 3 degrees [approx. 8.30am] with a predicted high of 5 or 6 through the day, rising in the evening as more rain/wind comes in.

Yesterday was dank and foggy, and there was a little drizzle, but we had some bright spells through late morning which was nice. The high was 5 degrees.

 

Had a brief shower late so a total of 4mm rain yesterday, Currently 8c with a bright hazy sky, calm. going to 17c and sunny with scattered cloud.

 

Good morning all Hazy sun at the moment ,but turning cloudy with a high of 5c.

 

Another groundhog day for weather here. Wet ground, grey sky, blanket cloud, dull.

 

It's fairly mild here and there is some blueness to the sky, although the sun doesn't seem to be out. But at 11am it will be full sun for one hour. Then it's back to gloom.

Mild at 7c and warming up to 12c tomorrow.

Very calm. Quite nice compared to last weekend.

 

Another sharp frost, we now have 2 degrees and overcast with no wind again. I have to agree with the comment about windmills and solar panels being rather useless in this sort of weather though.

 

We awoke to beautiful sunshine this morning. A bit on the chilly side, but it makes a nice change from the grey skies. 2mm of rain in the gauge overnight.

 

We have shot up to 14c with sun and cloud. Wood man has arrived and stacking on side of house.

The cats are funny ... both jumped in bed with us this morning and won't go outside till we hit double digits He is now in his tree house and she sunning on my chair!

 

Feels very mild here - BBC weather app says 7C but I'm sure it's warmer. Sun is shining for the first time in ages.
