Gale force winds from every direction. Reminds me of a little village near to where I grew up, called Wigtwizzle. :)

Just spent 20 minutes sitting i the sun getting Vit D and examining my Hibiscus all of which look healthy with lots of buds slow to open because of our cold nights. I took some photos I will put up in An Algarve Garden later. It is 14c out there now but the sharp breeze is not nice.

Lovely! I used to go there when I lived in Oxford (many moons ago when I was a student) but I haven't been since then. Shame the sun isn't putting in much of an appearance. It's dodging in and out of the clouds here.

Had the lights on all day and heating going, not been particularly windy as yet but might be picking up a bit now.
Its not really rained since this morning but everywhere is as wet as it was when it stopped, nothing dries up these kinds of days.

Just been out to check, its 11c and drizzling yet again.

What a dreadful day, and most of tomorrow will be the same. Like yourself Pete, lights and heating are on. A gale and rain has been continuous since the early hours but will ease a little as the evening goes on. Top temp. was 8C/46F but that's dropping now.
