Whats Your Weather Like December 2024

We normally can do the same @shiney but by the time we have to leave on Friday morning, it can't be avoided. I do hope the frost is over after 2 weeks.

Looks like it's been drizzle all night everything is soaked.
Temperature has risen slightly in the night, it was below 2c when I went to bed last night, it's 4.4 now.

 

5c very dark a still, not some much drizzle in the air

 

Looks like the mist has cleared but still very cloudy with light winds from the south west temp 5c feels like 2c

 

Sunny, clear sky, calm, going to 18c. Forecast is seasonal temperatures for the next five days. No rain in sight.

7c that’s not too cold and the garden isn’t frosted over another fine pleasant day .

 

Another similar day here - damp/smirry. O'night low was 6 degrees [8 just now at approx.8.45 am] with a predicted high of around 9 again, so it's still very mild, although the gale force winds will knock it back a bit.
An interesting sky ten minutes ago as it started to get light - pink clouds moving over a solid bank of hefty grey ones. The bad weather's to come in tonight though.

Yesterday was ok - mostly dry in the morning [or as close to dry as we get here at this time of year!] with some smirr after that. The high was 9 degrees.

Clear, calm, dry, 9c later. Still unseasonal...

 

5c and the sun is coming through the hi cloud

 

Milder and sunnier today - maybe full sun at midday. The fog has gone! But in a week's time it will be -3c.

 

Good morning all, a cloudy windy day with a high of 10c ,and staying dry.

 

Very misty here again. The sun is supposed to pop out about 2pm apparently. NYE and NYD looks to be wet and windy (might put the firework enthusiasts off?), then a cold and dry spell to follow for the week ahead.
