Got to 18.7c at 3 o'clock 18,1c now.

 

Over night frost again, but a nice sunrise, but the cloud soon closed over and it was bitter out there, spent some time working out how to make some snowshoes

 

It's been like a spring day here today - a chilly spring day! The wind was rather chilly though not strong. Although we had a lot of sunshine most of the day it was tempered by the high clouds that gave a slight milky look to the sky, robbing the sun of most of its warmth. Our max was about 10C but in the windchill it seemed a lot less! After the sun went down the temps started to come down quickly & now, at 8.30pm, we have only 5C. Our min for the night is expected to be 4C. We are forecast clouds all day again tomorrow but at least the temps will hold up at about 12C all day. No rain forecast for the next 24 hours at least!

A sunny and calm morning but cloud moved in early afternoon with some spots of rain. The wind has picked up this evening so another battering overnight. 7C/45F during daylight hours and now after dark it's gone up to 10C/50F.

Good morning everyone The day is going to be quite mild today, already at 6am we have 7 or 8C, almost as much as our max yesterday! Temps are forecast to peak at about 12C this pm. It is expected to be a very cloudy day once more with strengthing winds from the WSW. No rain is forecast but no sun either! Even overnight the min temp will be about 8C. So a very mild night for the beginning of February!
