A lovely early spring day today. Wall to wall sunshine, calm and all the birds singing. Mind you there was a heavy frost first thing. 8C/46F

5c Windy but bright but not sunny

 

Rained throughout yesterday, then the wind got up. This morning still windy, but cool dry and bright.
The strong winds overnight brought down one large branch on a pine tree close to the house, missed the house fortunately also first large branch down this winter.

 

It's not raining but cloudy, the wind is pretty strong and has blown my new clock off the shed wall.
It's unusual for it to be this strong from this direction.

Had a good rain 3-ish in the night. Currently sunny with a light breeze, 10c going to 17c with possible showers.

 

Thick cloud and some patches of blue sky, a moderate breeze from the north north east temp 5c feels like 0c.

 

Frosty overnight again with some snow on the hills and some might be coming my way, it's a bright calm 5 degrees out there just now, but it is bitterly cold when you step outside, so I might stay put for a bit lol

 

We feel Winter has arrived! It is beautifully sunny but the wind is not so pleasant. Temp 13c, Real feel 10c, Wind from the NNE 33 km/h. Wind Gusts 57 km/h.

it's a bit chilly with those winds.

 

Still pretty windy here on the coast, hopefully it should finally blow through in a couple of hours.

 

The wind has dried things up, if nothing else.
I'm in my optimistic mood, not sure why?
