What's your weather like January 2024

Bright start 1c.
Bit of a wind blowing.

 

Just above freezing, misty with visibility about 100m

 

Morning all 1c at the moment with a high of 4c ,cloudy and calm.

 

It is 26f -3c and the guessers say it is still cloudy which makes sense as the CCTV has lots of white bits floating down to the front of the cameras. Even though it looks like a lot of pure white covering everything, it is only maybe an inch and a half of snow so far.

 

So it's enough to cause chaos on the roads, stop the trains running and close all the schools.

 

Sunny intervals and a gentle breeze from the north north east temp 4c feels like 1c.

 

A beautiful Winter's Day, calm and 10.5c but that is cold to us.

 

Cold, cloudy with a strong easterly breeze.
Barely above 4c max.

 

I did shovel it from around the barbecue and greenhouse doors but it was ridiculously light. The guessers say it will climb above freezing during the days this week so I probably wasted my time.

I want more sun though please!

 

We went to our high of 13,5c at 3 o'clock, 13,3c now. still blue sky and sunshine.

 

Enjoyed a beautiful , albeit cold, afternoon in the garden. At it stands at the moment we have a bit of sleet on tomorrow 's forecast.

 

The weak winter sunshine was lovely, but not strong enough to melt the ice, bright and calm with 3 degrees a high for the day. Nice trip out to Dundee, didn't go to the Garden Centre as we were meeting with the grandsons, seems it has to be Starbucks for nine and thirteen olds these days.

A dull cloudy ol' day today! Cold as well with a max of only 3C & a min of 1C. No sunshine, no rain little wind but lots & lots of cloud cover!
