What's your weather like January 2024

We had another frost over night, minus 0.1 inside the greenhouse, been cloudy and dry today, managed to finish trimming the big beech hedge and started shredding it all, still a lot to do though, 6 degrees and falling to another frost tonight, but not a hard one.

Heavy rain last night and every bit of today; it's still raining. I have nightmares that our patio has dried out but I usually find it well hydrated as it is today.

Hi,

After more heavy rain last night everything outside is awash with lots of puddles but not raining at the moment although still dark; it feels colder this morning.

I think it's a leap year this year so an extra day of bad weather.

Temporary Spring here for a few days 17C / 8C, sun and, best of all, no wind. The winter honeysuckle, Sarcoccoca and Witch Hazels are flowering their socks off and perfuming beautifully

 

After some overnight rain it's cloudy and will remain so all day. We began the day on a max of 9C but from there it's downward for the rest of the day! No more rain is forecast during the day but perhaps a few glimmers of brightness during the afternoon can be expected. Then tonight there is a possibility of a light frost.

Bright and sunny this morning with no wind a dry 2 degrees with another light frost overnight, the Snow Drops look lovely.

 

Thick cloud and a gentle breeze from the north west temp 7c feels like 3c.

 

A high of 7c but nice and sunny winds back tommorow according to warning.
