What's your weather like January 2024

Been a very cloudy morning here & doesn't look like it going to get any better either! Temps only about 8C. Wind seems to be low as I haven't heard it for a few hours. No rain forecast this afternoon/evening.

 

A grey day here and despite our 8C temp it's felt much colder out in the garden. The breeze was so cold I had to resort to wearing a hat.....and I'm definitely not a hat person.

Must be getting a tad whimpy in my old age.

 

Yes it started at 8c here and its not risen all day, and it feels a lot colder than that.
Just been for a walk and its like winter out there.

 

Sunny with a little cloud here and there, quite breezy, 18c.

 

Had a nice trip out in one of the Glens, 3 degrees and dry and bright, wrapped up like an eskimo, in the bird hide watching a Marsh Harrier, nice to be out, might have to get back to some gardening tomorrow lol.

WOW big orange glow at the top of our garden just now it must be the currant bun rising; not seen this for ages. As expected still cold and the patio hasn't yet dried.

Good morning all A dull day today. Broken clouds to start the day but since then they have got thicker. No rain and none forecast for today either.

Today the temps will increase all day from 3C at 6am to 11C or 12C at midnight! But from tomorrow they will fall to a max of only 8C. Topsy turvy weather!
