Whats your Weather Like July 2023

Here I go nicking other peoples forecasts again.
As they keep saying on the forecast each evening, it could be a bit difficult for sleeping.

 

Its been mostly cloudy all day with just the odd sunny spell, but we have had the usual 4 o'clock clearance and its sunny periods now, it touched 22c briefly.

 

My Dad lived in Phoenix for a few years and we visited him there (from Alabama) and it was hot there.
We topped at 32.5c today, now 31c with a light breeze. Almost back to normal.

 

I went there a few times but always in September, they used to say it was cooling off then but was often over 100f.
I think the night time temperatures were the strangest thing.

 

We drove down to Old Tucson and what a horrible hot journey that was ... and naturally I had to go to the loo in the middle of the dessert and we stopped off at a concrete hut in the middle of the cactus with a hole in the floor.

I think I remember that "restroom". or one very similar, I did get down to Tucson, Old Tucson and the Desert Museum.
