Whats your Weather Like July 2023

Same as @shiney .....lovely start to our day.

 

14c was sunny now just had heavy downpour

 

Hazy sun, a light breeze, 18c going to low 30s.

 

Was sunny now cloudy 16c.
Not as windy but its starting to blow again.

 

Cloudy but not windy.
Rather cool and going down to 10 C tonight they tell me !

Just had a heavy 5 min downpour, thunder and hailstones, 6mm in 5 minutes.
Cant be sure how much was actually bouncing back out of the rain gauge.
Sunny now.

 

Perfect day here, just right for doing ..well..anything.

 

Silves, our County, by IPMA, our Met. In actuality coming up to 2pm on our thermometer in The Jungle Room which never sees the sun, it is 31c. But I am liking our night temps.

 

It is 34c now and we have gone under a high temp warning through Wednesday now ... and I had hoped this was over!

 

Cloudy for most of the day with some sunshine, some drizzle and breezy. The sun has appeared now, better late than never. 16C/61F

 

This exact date last year we had temp of 29C and tomorrow reached 34C.

Although it is only 13C at present here it feels more muggy than the past few days. It could be down to the wind coming from the S. It seems that the wind will be changing direction several times over the course of the day today. We are forecast lots of cloud cover but no rain.

While half of the northern hemisphere is roasting this month we are having a more normal UK summer. I haven't read anywhere about a heatwave in the UK during the rest of the summer but there is talk about one - or more - for 2024.
