What? A clear blue sky and no wind? Have I died and gone to heaven?

Clear, sunny start here with an o'night low of 7 degrees. [11 just now at approx. 7.45 am] and a predicted high of around 17 or 18, which should be easily achievable as it's to be sunny pretty much all day.
Yesterday was a mix of smirr/lt, rain in the morning, and mostly dry in the afternon with a decent amount of sun. Most of the sun was in the evening though. The high was 17, and there was a decent breeze in the aftn. too.

Our June rainfall was very light at 44mm @JennyJB , and mostly in the first 3 weeks. June is always a mix of everything here though. Last year was just shy of 70mm. We don't tend to get the big swings between dry and wet though - our rainfall tends to be more regular, which is better for the garden.
It's quite interesting when people record their monthly rainfall, as it shows the big variations around the UK.
Or am I just sad? :heehee:

I don't believe in climate change, that's just a conspiracy theory, I think they are secretly moving the country northwards, in small stages, overnight hoping nobody is going to notice. ;)

I'd like that @pete . The hot weather we've been getting in the last few years is too much for me.
Us Scots aren't designed for that!

It blew a hooley all day yesterday, I managed to get some washing dry, there must have been rain in the night because everywhere is very soggy.
This morning looks very threatening. Dark and grey. Rain forecast for later. Seems milder.

Mild and sunny spells this morning but it’s a double rain drop on the weather forecast icon for this evening. Just doing a few garden jobs as I won’t get out in it much this week what with rain, work and Wimbledon.

8.5 in the greenhouse overnight, the tommies are growing the chillies are sulking, then over 30 in the day, way too much temperature swing really. Forecast dry today, so taking our visitors out for a bit.
