It’s clear and very cool this morning, but should be warming up again - all almost identical to @Logan.

Cloudy but quite bright start here. Breezy, and supposed to be sunnier later, with the chance of an odd shower. O'night low was 14 [15 just now at approx. 7.35am] and the predicted high is about 18. To be a good breeze right through the day too, so the washing should dry easily.

Didn't do the weather yesterday on here, but the o'night low Sat. into Sun. was 10 degrees. I was away all day, but it was bright and sunny most of the time apparently, and it was certainly sunny in the evening. The high was 21/22 degrees, but I don't know if the record was broken for 28th July here, as it was predicted to happen.

Same here Aunty Rach and the laburnum and Oak tree up the top of our garden are very very calm . Good! . Got to sort out watering stations for Toms, peppers and Fig in the greenhouse this morning were holidaying with our family to Cromer for a week from tomorrow! driving to Newark first today. Sun hat ready !

 

The thunderstorm and rain reached us at 11pm last night and there was such wonderful flashes and booms. At a little boom and shower after 7am this morning ... we received a wonderful 2mm ... and that is our lot. Hazy sun out now, 24c and humid going to high 20s/low 30s with a dust haze all day. Very thankful for the wet stuff washing the dust off all the shrubs and trees.

Same as @JWK , but maybe only 26c - phew. Lovely and quiet as less aircraft as everyone flew off yesterday it seems.

 

17 degrees and overcast this morning, forecast clear skies and 20 later, that'll be hot enough thank you.........................

 

Here in western Dordogne 37C is forecast for today. Yesterday the forecast said 34C but it was 29C I hope it doesn't get to 37.

 

Cornwall
2nd day of blistering heat. Wall to wall blue sky and maximum sunshine. Too hot do anything outside yesterday, have decided to abandon dog walk as it is already getting very warm.
