Whats your weather like June 2024

Sunny 16c.

 

Just opened the curtains looking at a nice blue sky , the occasional small white fluffy clouds it’s around 16c going to rise to 24c . Our summer is here even the birds are in the mood .

 

Dry, cloudy start again. O'night low was 15 degrees, which is very high for here, and it's 16 just now [approx. 7.50 am] with a predicted high of around 18 to 19. Some showers later.

Yesterday was a mix of everything, with some smirr through the morning, a few blinks of sun, some longer spells of sun in the afternoon, with some showers as well. Very humid and thundery in the afternoon too, but no thunderstorm which would have been nice.

Sunny with a light breeze, 20c heading for HOT.

 

20C in the shade outside at 9am. Indoors upstairs it's 25C. The windows are open to let the cooler air in! After a few days you get used to it. It's going to be a hot one.

 

It’s a proper Summer day here. The garden is in full green and the sky in full blue.

 

Cornwall.
A chilly breeze. Overcast. Ideal for gardening. Must try and plant out the runner beans today.

 

Hot and humid here with thunder storms forecast for this afternoon, 20 degrees and not much breeze, the windows are open and the blinds at half mast trying to keep at least one room cool. Living in NE Scotland for over 20 years we have forgotten what heat feels like, summer here is usually one Wednesday in July not days and days of it lol.

 

It is 28c here with a breeze, far more pleasant than of late.

 

29c now, probably the peak, barely a cloud in the sky.

Vest and shorts are out @lolimac .

 

26c outside, 25.9c inside. Blue sky and apart from some bees, birds are resting in the trees.
I take now my ice cream out of the freezer.

 

Phew, 30.4c and rising. Fortunately being on a hill we usually get a breeze to blow through the house, very welcome right now. Forecasted thunderstorms tomorrow seem to have disappeared for our area which is a shame as , dare I say it, we do need some rain here.

 

My patio thermometer says 27 and that’s in the shade now. It’s 22 indoors.
