What's your weather like MARCH 2024

Good morning all rained most of the night, due to stop around 10am ,then sun and cloud with a high of 11c .With all this rain the grounds never going to dry out.

 

Last year we had some decent dry weather with those easterly winds, not so this time. Cold easterly winds and rain

 

6c started out dry with sunshine now peeing it down

 

A mix of sun and cloud...a bit on the cool side and I wouldn't trust it not to rain,

Thank you @Brenda it just floods some of the paths that we have to walk the boys, but at the moment it's fine, unless it keeps raining, the ground is still saturated.

 

Rain on and off all today, and forecast heavy overnight. Not looking great for the BH weekend either, or indeed the next 10 days. Easter time weather can vary so much - we’ve had snow and we’ve had sunburn over the years!

 

The sun is out but it is mostly overcast and windy 15c. Not very pleasant.

Sunny to start with and now...

... washing is off the line!

 

We have just a terrific hailstorm as if somebody had tipped a large tipper lorry of hail stones on us. paths ended up covered in white ball bearings. Virtually all gone in the next 15 minutes when the sun came out.

 

We have had quite heavy rain all night, but it is easing off quite breezy, dark and 5 degrees, though it doesn't feel like it, fires lit.

 

It’s still fine here, but I suspect not for much longer. The sky is definitely darkening. I’ll keep an eye on it because I’ve got a counterpane on the line drying and I’m hoping it will dry (or at least mostly) before the rain starts
