Sunny intervals and a gentle breeze from the north north west temp 15c feels like 13c

 

We've been out here in the garden since just after 9 and are now enjoying our meal out here. It's been lovely and warm but now we have clouds bubbling up. 16C.

 

It's been sunny periods with almost thundery a feel, 22c and dead still.
A whacking great black cloud has now appeared and blotted out the sun.
Will it won't it, rain that is, we could do with a shower the top surface has almost dried out.

 

Bright Sunshine with a slight breeze. Topping 24c in the Summer House.

Tomatoes, Spring Onions & Cosmos are still so slow in developing, plus the Sun Flowers have not appeared yet.

 

Hazy sun, breezy, 24c and we have been listening to thunder since 4-ish but it is up in the mountains behind us. Well, it might be doing the dams a favour.

 

We had a record low for this day during the wee hours and the guessers are talking about major widespread frost warnings. Right now it is brilliantly sunny but has only managed to get up to 45f 6c.

I have got some thin plastic ready to tent the annuals and will crowd the rest of the plants into the 6x8 foot greenhouse. Lots of messing about for one night but like the rest of you, I've worked too hard to get all of these annuals growing from seeds.

Sunny with a light breeze, 17c going to 24c. We were not fortunate to get any of the rain which passed through Algarve yesterday .. nor do I think we will ger any today as some areas may. Oh well, our day will come ...

The rain will be very much welcomed as it can help water in all the new plantings.
