Forgot to do this yesterday, but the last couple of days have been quite similar here with a mix of sun, cloud and showers or longer spells of rain. We could do with a good thunderstorm though.

Today is dry, for now, cloudy, with an o'night low of 9 degrees. 12 degrees just now [7.50am] and a predicted high of around 13 or 14 degrees, with rain coming in by later this morning. Just as well I cut the [somewhat wet] grass yesterday evening. I knew it would just be worse if I left it for later in the week. The warmth has meant it's been growing far quicker than normal.

                Cornwall.
It was sunny with big black clouds going over until 6.00pm when it began raining and hasn't stopped since.
This morning is cool, blustery and wet.

Nice steady rain at the moment, and all the forecasts seem to agree on it continuing until teatime.
Yesterday they said rain but we only got one heavy shower in the early afternoon, which put paid to any further gardening because everything was wet - I dislike the forget-me-not puling out at the best of times but if they're wet it's worse. I'd rather it rain properly than the hit-and-miss showers and will-it-or-won't-it sky going dark then no more than a few spits.

Gardening on hold until Thursday now, when I have a day off.

Cold. Almost Flaming June and it's a mere 15C outside and many shades of grey with no silver linings.

No matter, have been doing club admin all morning and this pm it's Bonzo to th evet for his annual jabs and then me to a new GP to get a certificate to say I'm not likely to drop dead on the dance floor.

Clouding over a bit now, but a glorious sunny morning only 13 degrees, but it felt warmer, over night 8 degrees in the greenhouse, but everything is looking quite healthy except zero carrots or beetroots, slugs/snails eaten the tops off the lot. Grass cut yesterday and strimming of edges done today.
