Whats your weather like May 2024

Sunny intervals all day and a gentle breeze from the west north west temp 17c feels like 17c

 

Dry all day for once but very windy. I found a few pots blown over when I got home from work.
A few days ago I found one of my Ammi Majus doing a back bend so I staked them all. Good job I did.

 

Got to 30,9c but are 29,3c now feeling pleasant as the sun goes down.

 

Rain was expected today but it's stayed dry and mostly sunny, 16C/61F.

Reversal today, we did get a warm walk round the fields in the warm sun earlier, managed to plant out some sweet corn, then the heavy rain arrived, dry now and 13 degrees.

I assumed you were a hot weather person, rather than a hostage to conditions. You have my sympathies.

Nothing of note here this morning - not sunny but not raining, not blue sky but not dense cloud, not completely still but not overly breezy, not too chilly but not very warm. Middling all round, I'd say. Could develop into anything.

No, ideal is 20-24c. I love the mild Winters here but it wasn't this hot when we moved here in 2001. Thankfully we have an old cottage with 60cm/24in clay walls and small windows so the house is cool ... plus we have a/c if required.

Good morning ,it’s grim rained most of the night some deluge ,dull breezy and more rain this afternoon ,grim I would say the plants aren’t happy ,should turn both gardens into bog gardens if this keeps on.High of 13c.

 

A dry start here today. O'night low of 9 degrees, and 13 just now [approx. 8.35am] with a predicted high of 16 or 17 degrees, with cloud and windier conditions later, and possibly a shower or two. Wind coming out the north to north west.

Yesterday was a mix of cloud, then sun later. The high was 17 briefly, and it was humid again. There must have been a bit of rain later at night too.

 

Talking about air-conditioning @Victoria, three of my neighbours put units in last year - one has two units one each end of their house. Don't suppose they have used them yet! But it can get rather hot here at times. A sticky heat, which makes it worse.
