Whats your weather like May 2024

We just tickled 30c yesterday. Currently hazy sun, a light breeze, 23c going to mid/high 20s.

 

CLoudy and breezy, o'night low of 12 degrees. 13 just now [approx 8.20am] and to be sunny later in teh afternoon with a high of around 16. The windy gusts will knock that back a little, but it should be ideal for me as it should then be about that temp in the sun .

Yesterday's forecast was pretty accurate, but it did get to a higher temp due to some short spells of sun and humidity. Good breeze though. The high was 17 degrees.

 

Three days in a row now waking up to what’s going to be a nice warm day , Temps up to 19c. yesterday at the carboots everyone had a smile on their faces what a difference a bit ofmakes . Gardening day for us Rudbeckia need moving on their about 7inches tall !!! Happy gardening everyone. .

The wind picked up soon after me posting yesterday and blew all day. It was really hot again all day.

This morning is a repeat performance. Still, high cloud with broken sunshine. It doesn't feel as if it is going to be so hot thank goodness.

Cloudy but warm ish here today. Good gardening weather.

 

Bright and breezy, clear blue skies and 18 degrees, they reckon we might get a frost tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Forecast mostly cloudy but dry today, 19C, plenty warm enough for me! Cooler for the rest of the week apparently.
We haven't had significant rain since 26th May, and the garden is showing it. Total for May was 40mm, just a bit less than the long term averages so not too bad I suppose, but the garden could do with more at this time of year when we have pretty much maximum daylight and growth.

 

It is still very breezy, 28c.

 

20 degrees in the Costa del Arbroath in June...........................a record apparently.

 

Thankfully we only got to 28,8c and the breeze kept up all day, 28c now with light breeze.

 

Well, I will believe this when I see it!
