Im a luberjack "with an aching back

    Evening all.
Weather here today is again really nice, clear sky, warmish, and the suns winked at us today.

This afternoon we've been again logging, and to be honest i woke this morning with a stiff back arm and legs:nono: and that was all:loll::loll:

But every tree i fell and cut into the 1mtr length's is another nice fire during the winter, So its worth the effort "But" i must admit im getting that ichy feel to get in the garden and just garden all day.

Well its a good time to have a coffee & then walkies time with the dogs.

    who likes shreaded wheat??

    Evening all,
Weather here today has been smashing, sunny warm no wind and after a few hours gardening "your glad somebody invented a shower, or under arm smell killer:loll:
I put an add in one of the local ex-pats forums here (france) for a garden shreader, (one of those machines that reduces twigs in nice path chippings or mulch) but it had to work off a tractor PTO system and farmers as a norm dont let these machines go.

I didnt really expect to get many replies "and i didnt" just one and so today i had to drop everything and go and see for myself what was on offer,

It's almost new, works well and it'll be mine on saturday,

All my other half could say was "i thought you said you didnt like shreadedwheat,
what do you want a machine that makes them for???????

But lives like that is'nt it? they do say opposits attract!

Any chance of a group:grouphug:"Im feeling lost again"

      Hi ZIGGY,
You know all the years ive been into gardening ive never had or used a shredder,
One of the boys on the allotment had an electric one (i think it was a black & decker) and he got something stuck in it and ended up taking the machine to bits?

We all took the micky out of him because we never saw or heard that machine go again:D:D:D
      Good luck

Lovely dry day yesterday with hazy sunshine, topped 14 degrees, it was a lovely evening too, just nice to stand in the garden with a cuppa as the son was going down...:)

Currently 3 degrees and foggy, but is forecast to be another nice day.....on a course today, but hoping to get in the garden for an hour or two before dark....

Screaching , in the still of the night, oooooooooooo

        Morning all,
Weather, mist floating inches above the lawn, the sun's up there trying to say hello as the moon finished it's night shift and it's say it's time for me to go,
Was it danger that sound i heard late into the night?
The screaching sounds was infact more and more cranes in flight,

Bed room window opened to see just what i could see, but the dark would'nt allow a glimps of what was above "what was not for us to see!

Todays number 1 of the new month to be?

"Yes" it's march and the summers going to be a hot one "take it from me"

So it's time for me to now go and walk these tracks and lanes
and thank mother nature for last nights sounds of her "flying cranes".:coffee::coffee:& more :coffee:

It started off cloudy and cool and then at around 11am the Sun came out and it warmed up to 63f. I took advantage of the warmth to sow 18 trays of seeds and then had a cup of tea and a sit in the Arbour:D

Despite the fog coming back, the solar water reached 31c today, first time this year.

Put the Tomato plant out & tickled the flowers, couldn't see any bees about but there was one wasp.
