Shiny wet patio again.Wind's gone round to sou'westerly and is a bit too frisky for my liking. And the violas in the hanging nasket whose petals are flapping about like headless chickens. Would prefer rain at night and the fish and chip vendors down on the seafront in Hastings won't be happy. Folks won't visit if it's tipping it down. Nothing is leaving the mini green house for a spell outdoors today!! 10/10ths greysky -10c.

Should have put a bigger space between last 2 items. Feels a bit nippy in the wind NOT like 10c.

After a couple of dry days, with persistently grey skies and a constant cold wind, it's dull, wet and cold today.
After all that fine, warm, sunny weather last spring, this is more like it. Proper spring weather I call it!
Normal service has been resumed.

i've figured out why Shiney always seems to avoid the adverse weather conditions suffered by the rest of us.

          So that's the reason! :ideaIPB:

That dome must be a little porous today as we had drizzle through midmorning but the sun is coming out now. The wind seems to get through it OK.

Patio is now dry as the strong wind has dried it out.

I'm going out tonight so I suppose it will pee down then!

No please don't ! I don't live that far from Shiney and I certainly don't want to risk getting snow.........now what I need to do is somehow get the persistant rain I have had here for the last two days moved further north-west a few miles so Shiney can enjoy some real rain!:)

It started raining here last night just before dark and its only just stopped; for the most part its been light but there have been the odd torrential downpour too..

It's been mild too and a little breezy but nothing troublesome..
