      Misty but you can feel it will be dissolved by the sun's arrival before long. 15c and very calm. Just watered the fat hanging basket full of 18 Lilac Suprise Pansies. it's a heavy drinker.

      Another song classic. Misty, sung by Sarah Vaughan was a big hit in the late fifties and followed by her first 'gold' record - Broken Hearted Melody.

      When I got home just before midnight it was still 17C according to my car. At 5.15 this morning it felt mild and damp in the garden and was 52F (I was filling up the bird feeders) and had reached 54F when I went out for the milk at 7 a.m.

      It appears as though it will be a similar pattern to yesterday - cool, misty and damp until late morning and then sunshine to burn it off.

          Hot - got 38degC on the car thermometer yesterday, everythings growing & needing planting, potting up, watering and the ground's already started cracking.

            .....Carried on rising to 30.8 degrees :hate-shocked::wow:, but has now dropped to just 26.7 degrees :snork:

            Crazy spring weather we have in this country in recent years; there doesn't seem to be a 'happy medium' anymore, its either cold and wet or very hot and dry, rarely anything in the middle...:what:
