    Like a spring day

    Evening all
Weather here today (france) has been like a springday, nice and sunny no wind (except for me "beans on toast for mid day snack):)

Im really feeling springy "As in springtime" ive been outside all day tidying up the court yard area, you dont really see the junk piling up until its cleared away, ie sand i bought 2 years ago 'used some of it and left the rest on a sheet of plastic, the old garden bench that needs a re-vamp
thats now in the workshop waiting a rub-down and a lick of paint,
And to add further pain me & Roxanne (the mutt) took off to the local waste site to dump some rubbish (while i was there i found a clay chimney pot in really good order and so ive now got a second rhubarb forcer,

by 5pm i'd cut up all the wood from the 2 year pile of logs and so im pleased with todays lot.

SO I INVITE YOU TO JOIN ME IN A :grouphug:

    Live in or what.

    Evening all
weather here today "france" has been nice really "sunny/calm " and dry,

Whats this ive be hearing on the uk news that in some places you've little water "already" and its only febuary!
Whats going to happen by june ?:sunny::sunny::sunny::sunny:

    Well anyway enough about weather,
Now my wife goes mad every now and again and decides to chuck out clothing, My clothing,

Like most men i never have enough old rags in the workshop and yet she chucks my shirts from the 60's (she calls them old?
i say what goes round comes round and beatle shirts will be the fashion soon)

But to be honest when i think about it i do live in over-alls,
Well who goes gardening in a suit!?

In the winter i live in thermal long johns & vest and im proud of it,
But to have what could be good rags for my workshop given to the animal rescue shop in the village by us is a crime,

Ive got this thing now "I find myself looking at men to see if its one of my old shirts walking passed me!

Some of them give you dirty looks back!

Well lifes for living "thats what i say" even if the way things are going it'll be in the nude.

Cold and cloudy yesterday..top temperature 6 degrees...

Today the milder air moving in was noticeable; it was 6 degrees this morning at sunrise and its steadily got warmer throughout the day, topping 11 degrees this afternoon. It has also been another dry day if somewhat cloudy....

A sunny but windy day today. Very spring like and topping out at 13C. It's now 9C at 11.20pm.

The central heating has been off all day. :)

Just got home and it's 9C out there. We had 10 minutes of rain which has doubled this year's rainfall.
