    Yesterday was dismal, the usual wind and rain.

    Today it's bright but slightly overcast, but rain later again I think.

    We did well in Cheshire today, the Sun was out, with very little breeze and plenty of blue skies with frothy greyish clouds. The best temperature was 59f, but now it 8.30pm it's 54f..........hang on, that's not bad!!!:D

      I rarely go to bed :rolleyespink:.

      We're still having a drought here and if the sun comes out it is warm enough to sunbathe.

      I'll have to check our winter irises to see whether they are out yet but I expect they are sulking because of lack of water.

      Its a bearded iris thats flowering Shiney, just put a picture on the whats flowering in October thread, have read this one can rebloom never has before, thought they rebloomed earlier than this though?

      Just come in from the garden where there is a lovely smell of autumn leaves in the very warm sunshine. The temperature in the shade is 64.7F and in the sun is almost hot. :sunny:
