Sun is just going down here, been sunny all day, but now the temperature is plummeting. Extra duvet tonight.

Frost last night and a beautiful day today. Wall to wall blue sky, sunshine and no wind! Reckon I'll see ice on the bird bath tomorrow morning.

Looked like we were going to get our first frost last night; it was a lovely sunset and clear skies but no, it clouded over during the night and this morning is very murky, cold and we have drizzle......

It was 9C last night/this morning when I got home at 12.30. It didn't feel too cold as there was only a light breeze. This morning it is a bit damp out there but no wet stuff is dropping. Oscar the cat seems quite happy sitting on the patio staring at the back door and waiting for his breakfast to be brought out. :)

-3C this morning. Grass was white with frost.

          Winter is coming to Northumberland.

HAving said that it's now clear blue sky and morning sunshine - but chilly.

Was 2c driving back from a friends last night, and his car had frosted over when I left (it's in an exposed spot). By this morning I was expecting to see some frost......nope, not for me yet.....and the car was reading out at 6c.

Grey and gloomy at the moment anyhoo.

Spent the day in Manchester today. An occasional look out of the window was only rewarded with Grey skies:mad: I am so glad I don't live in a city, because in the Winter they look so depressing.:heehee: So a cold, dank day. The temperature at 0930pm is 47f so it's cold and dark out there!:D

Very frosty last night - but lovely sunshine today. I think it is cold again tonight, not frosty yet, but i don't have my heating on tonight, so can't be too bad. :)
