    I like Accuweather too, apparently we might finally get our first frosts of the winter on December 3rd and 4th with daytime temps no higher than 6 degrees.....

      Very chilly tonight - feels like bonfire night used to feel - freezing cold and wet! So, perhaps it is just late this year. :dunno:

      my local village Tesco is already selling snow shovels, and they are selling like 'hot cakes'

      I've seen them being sold in Tesco, Asda and Wilkos and as you say selling very quickly, lots of people perhaps expecting the worst again.....????

      Weather this morning here is chilly, just above freezing at 1.5 degrees at the moment..





      ..30 mins later and its dropped to 0 degrees as its coming light....just a touch of ice on top of the compost bins...

      Yesterday we had our first proper rain for months but it only lasted an hour. The temperature had hovered around the upper 40's to lower 50's with no wind so it wasn't unpleasant for working but was damp underfoot from the mist.

      Although it got quite chilly during the night the temperature is now 44F and it looks as though the sun is trying to break through the mist/fog.
