More rain in the night but that's been blown away - the winds have got-up something wicked and now everything's being blown to h e l l

The birds on the feeders, in the rowan tree, are swinging like trapeeze artists, poor little things - they're hanging on for grim death out there.

The newly planted crateagus is, luckily, secured to its stake but i can see the top 2 or 3 feet swaying manically :(

    Ho hum ...... :help:
Life on the side of a coastal hill ..... :mute:
Not cold winds, but destructive

Strong winds here as well and the rain we must have had in the night has passed through and it is a mild 46f out there at the moment but a frost is forecast for us in the Midlands tonight :D

It blew a hooley all night and was gusty on the beach this morning when I took Aggie out. Calmer now, sun and scudding clouds. Still mild though.

A cold windy day with sunshine. It rained during the night and you could hear it beating against the front windows which only happens when it comes from the North and Northwest.
The temperature outside is 48f but it feels a lot colder!!:WINK1:

After some heavy showers this morning it's been a dry day; mild this morning but interestingly as the wind dropped to nothing this afternoon it became much colder, frost forecast for us tonight - we'll see :D

Very cold last night, though no frost this morning. Cloudy and breezy this morning and still chilly.

There was quite a heavy frost this morning but it had gone by 9 a.m. The wind has dropped completely and it looks as though it's brightening up.
