Hard frost this morning as anticipated but we've still got blue skies. Aggie and I had a lovely, but very cold, walk on the beach. Happy to be indoors now working on designs.

I had a lovely walk, in sunshine, to the village and back before lunch and did some lawn edging after lunch.

The only trouble is that the sun goes down so early.

View from the bottom of the garden at 3.40

A cold but frost free morning, the snow from yesterday still on the ground. The temperature at 9.30.am was 37f but climbed to 41f by noon, so the snow started to thaw, giving short showers of rain and sleet. It's now 7.15.pm and and the outside temperature is 36f.:WINK1:

Crisp and cold again but a beautiful blue sky. Took Aggie into the woods for the first time. She didn't like walking on the frozen chestnut leaves!

We had our first real Frost yesterday (-3C), but the Sun came out and, although it remained cold, was a pleasant day.
Today has started with a slight Frost, but the Sun is out and not a cloud in the sky.

No Snow, and no more Frost is forecast before the New Year. In fact the suggestion is for higher temps. (up to 12C) over the next week, with a maximum of 8C for Christmas day.

The Boxing Day Dippers at Whitley Bay will be pleased. I bet they get a record turnout. They are completely Bonkers - but it is for Charity. Good luck to them.:dbgrtmb:

Seconded, keep warm, keep safe, Kandy, and let Mr Kandy do all the work and give you some TLC.:love30::D

Clear bright blue skies here in Cheshire, although we had a little shower early this morning. The snow is still on the ground, but not as bad, and this morning the outside temperature was around 35f. It's now 2.10pm and the blue skies are still here with an outside temperature of 37f.:what::D

The morning started off beautifully sunny and around 11 a.m. we had twenty minutes of big fluffy snowflakes that settled quickly. Then the sun came back and it all went. Bright sunshine again now.
