Non stop rain again today. About 4C.

 

Ice going here, just cold wind & sleet now, neighbour thought that was a real badger on the pond ice earlier

Should have gone to specsavers.

 

Its been snowing here most of the day. Not particularly heavy though. Its laid, but only about an inch. Looking forward to heading for higher ground tomorrow with the lad and his new sledge.

 

Started snowing here about 11.30pm. Gently falling still and very windy. Daughter wants to go sledging in the morning. She's only 22!

 

Snowed here from noon until about 10-30 about 2-3" cant believe the amount of dumped cars about my son has been the local taxi tonight,he also has a landy so everyone loves him when its like this.
When I went in the poly tunnel this morning (yesterday now)the top 3" were frozen:DOH:I was hoping even with no heating in there it would cope just hoping the spring cabbage are going to pull through.
Its now freezing hard and stopped snowing but living at the bottom of a very steep hill should be fun as I have got to go out later and my son has the tow rope,the road here is blocked by dumped cars that have tried and failed.Should be ok I have a special route accross 2 fields and a river but as long as no one gets jealous and reports me I should be ok!

it did snow in the night so we have quite a lot of snow but clear today so ideal for the children to play outside. We did stock up on food yesterday evening and the shelves at the local store had clearly been raided .

 

Snowed like a good 'un last night, so about 4" and lots of high drifts. Was out for a nice long walk this morning, 0 deg now and freezing fog and no wind.
