Awww Penny, it seems our and your weather has done a reversal for the time being. The sun will be back to you next week, we're promised rain again!

Our first hot day here today, well hot for the island, sunny and cloudy, temperature around 21C. :)

TOOOO Hot until just after dinner yesterday, temperature was rising fast, reaching 28.9 degrees!! but then my prayers were answered and for much of the afternoon we had a thin covering of cloud, not a lot but enough to take the fierce heat out of the sun and coupled with a light breeze it was considerably more comfortable :dbgrtmb:

This morning is a little misty, warm and humid at 17 degrees, but with a blanket grey sky........

A cool 60F at the moment but the sun is shining on the tops of the trees. There's an occasional light breeze - which is better than yesterday's stillness and mugginess.

The temperature has been around 73f today.....although we haven't seen the Sun for a minute. The sky is just a smooth light grey colour and there is just a slight breeze...still it's dry and warm so I'm not complaining.:coffee:

Little lines of fluffy baby clouds, very still and very quiet. Even the birds seem to be having a lie in. Not the bees though, they are all out prising open fuchsia buds that are not quite ready!!
