What's Your Weather Like...? MK4...

We had steady rain from 12pm then just as i was starting out litter picking in the village around 4pm there was a flash,followed by an almighty bang,and then it chucked it down so i turned round and scuttled the 50 yards back home but had got soaked by the time i got there. It carried on raining heavily for ten minutes before stopping and now the sun is out and we have a lovely evening,but the slugs and snails are again out in force in the garden and the cycle paths round the village

If anyone has a few pairs of Song Thrushes they can spare then please send them over to us so they can get fat eating all my snails

We were 'threatened' with thunderstorms last night and today ... but I guess it's GPS wasn't working. Did have a drizzle ... not enough to even wash the dust off the shrubs ... maybe it's still on it's way as we have had only one night of light rain since early May ...

 

Gales and sun this morning, torrential rain for a couple of hours this afternoon and now the wind is picking up again, a force 6 to 7 on it's way.
No thunderstorms please, they don't like me! Down the years I've had three strikes in the houses I've lived in and it's not nice.

 

They're trying very hard Armandii! Somebody up there definitely doesn't like me. I've been in my present place eight years and tempting fate, so far, so good!

 

Sunny spells, dry, slight breeze and very warm this morning.....heavy showers (possibly thundery) forecast for later. Tomorrow the temperature is forecast to continue to rise, so with luck we may get a decent storm too

The sky has now cleared to an amazing cloudless blue sky

 

Clouding over here now with the odd spot of rain, but there's blue sky on the horizon, so I don't think it'll be much

 

Beautiful today.....supposed to be cool for the weekend, figures it would be on my birthday!!​
