The rain held off longer than expected yesterday but when it arrived it was heavy and lasted well into the night. This morning the sky is cloudless and there's no wind but everywhere is very wet, temperature is 11 degrees.

With a few early leaves falling from some trees, the nights drawing in, the damp mornings and the sounds and sights of robins and blue tits in the garden again its all feeling very autumnal out there

Still summer here :dbgrtmb:. Yesterday it reached the mid-seventies and was extremely pleasant in Main garden where the occasional strong wind didn't get to.

This morning at 7 a.m., after an hour of rain at 3 a.m., it's 58F and gloriously sunny.

We've had rain in the night but it's a blue sky now with patchy clouds. Feels pleasant and warm at 15c,

8.45 a.m. Just topped 62F and will warm up very quickly if the sun stays as bright as it is at the moment.

There's quite a lot of cloud about, but warm sunny spells in between. Rather lovely - what I would term as an "Indian Summer" type of day,

We've just come back from a nice walk to the village. It was a bit warm and sticky but there was a nice breeze blowing. Currently 73F at 6.45 p.m.

Warmish and with sun every now and then although it is cloudy. It's been in the high 60f's all day but right now at 6.45pm the outside temperature is 63f.:snork:
