The rain has kept away for about 12 hours so far but it feels very damp out there. When I went out about an hour ago to feed the birds it seemed a very mild 55F

It's been persisting down all morning the drains on the main road are starting to struggle with the amount of rain that's come down.

Still raining; 21 hours and counting now, still mainly light to moderate but with the odd heavy burst and still no wind to speak of.........must stop saying that otherwise we'll probably get a hurricane this afternoon :mute::heehee::biggrin:

We had about two hours of rain (30 minutes very heavy) but the sun is trying to come out.

As the rain started Sarafi strolled into the greenhouse and went to sleep on the top shelf where we have left Oscar's piece of carpet. He must have known exactly when it was going to rain as he arrived at the door as the rain started. He's just getting up to go out so the rain won't start again for a while.
