    It rained on and off during the night and stopped precisely at 7.28 a.m. (I was looking out the window.) The forecast says it will rain until noon and then be sunny but the sun has got up early and is brightening the sky.

    Our 'forecast' for the next few days is similar to Bilbo's but I can't remember it being right this year!

    Well, what an amazing turn of events.....it's now clear blue skies, sunny and no wind, what a lovely day!!!! :dancy: , not bad considering we're supposed to be getting a soaking today..:rolleyespink:

    What a dreadful day! Torrential rain, thunder, lightning, hailstones and a force 8 gale thrown in. The promenades around the island have been flooded with the sea up and over and shipping was cancelled, so it looks like the island's into winter mode already. :sad:

      That there Weatherwidget combined with the Battle Wunderground forcast shows a Southerly wind - so coming up from France ,Sheal. That's why it's so warm tonight here I think,
