I went into Wales today on a little drive and left Cheshire in deep mist. Then as I neared the coast the sky went bright blue without a cloud in sight!!! When I got back home the mist had gone and the sun was just going down. Right now the outside temperature, at 9.10pm, is 47f. According to the weather forecast on Country File we have cold weather coming on Thursday night.:snork:

It's feeling colder here tonight. Wind's in the NE. think the warm southerly spell is about to disappear,

Well this is a nice turn around for me, I've had wall to wall sunshine  for three days and apparently have for the next week. :wow: Temperatures, as usual on the island will only drop a couple of degrees though and they've been around 12/14c over the last couple of weeks. :)

I saw those early forecasts for an Indian summer about a week or so ago and we had a couple of days last week when the temperature hit 19 degrees and was very warm.

But I've also now seen several forecasts/reports suggesting that from Friday this week temperatures are set to tumble with 'proper' frost on the cards and there's a chance of snow up north especially (get you shovel ready Jack :heehee:)..

Currently though its mild at 13 degrees but raining....oh joy :snork:

In Manchester today which was even greyer and drabber than normal due to the cloud and constant drizzle. It was dryer when I got back home with the Sun just going down. The outside temperature at 8.40pm is 52f:coffee:
