      mentioned frost and greenhouse and it reminded me of what I said to my OH as we toddled off for lunch at the Pub."Must take down that hanging basket and put it in the mini GH before nightfalls as its had enough of these frosty nights and I shall lose it otherwise"

        A lovely winter's day today, top temperature 5.2 degrees, sunny all day, frost persisting in many spots that didn't catch the sun...:)

        Currently the temperature has just fallen below freezing again at 6.50pm; at -0.6 degrees

        Yes, 8 round the table, good menu( all selected up front to make it easier for chef) and generous to a fault. Lovely log fire in the bar too. Sprouts were like bullets so I've emailed them about that, otherwise very good value,
