Not a nice day today really, the rain cleared away quickly this morning leaving a day of sunny spells and a brisk north to northwest breeze, the temperature fell away too during the afternoon and felt even cooler in the breeze; a breeze which produced a couple of very strong gusts completely out of the blue, one strong enough to blow our sons trampoline over!!!!

We had the same here, Bilbo. We had rain in the morning which died away after an hour or two and was gone by 11.00am. Although the temperature was around 43f the wind felt bone chillingly cold and it's been like that all day. The temperature is now 40f and I understand the forecast is for a hard frost.:coffee:

Its fairly mild tonight again - about 7ºC roughly, similar to last night. It felt a bit odd getting up this morning and the house being positively toasty.

Been not too bad a day today, but the temperature is fairly walloping down now - currently 4ºC and falling, and it feels really chilly with it.

An overnight frost was followed by wall to wall sunshine today, 6C. With a clear sky still, it looks like more frost tonight. Currently 2C.

1.1ºC here (had managed to reach the heady heights of 4.0ºC during the day), and the temperature is falling like a stone. Freezing fog has rolled in during the last hour, and is rapidly thickening.
